It's the two year anniversary of Google adopting a mobile first design philosophy when CEO Eric Schmidt advised, "The simple guidance is whatever you are doing - do mobile first." In that short span of time, CIO's are beginning to adopt mobile strategies that co-opt consumer innovation and apply it to their enterprise boosting end user productivity and satisfaction. Moderated by Mobile Monday Mid-Atlantic founder and Head of Mobile Strategy for SAP Services, JP Finnell will be leading a panel discussion covering such Enterprise Mobility innovation strategies as: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Enterprise App Stores, and Business-to-Business-to-Consumer Apps.

JP Finnell is Head of Mobile Strategy, SAP America Services. Previously, JP consulted to enterprise, technology, and carrier clients as Managing Partner of Mobility Partners and as General Manager of Mobility Professional Services at Nokia. Residing in Philadelphia, JP played a founding role in Mobile Monday Mid-Atlantic, one of 100+ chapters in the world’s leading mobile community. JP’s research on collaboration and enterprise mobility has been published by GigaOM Pro including a pioneering series on The Consumer Influence on Enterprise Mobility. Finnell is a conference speaker at Mobilize, Net:Work, Mobile Enterprise Summit, CTIA, Gartner, Society for Information Management (SIM), Mobile Monday, RCR Wireless, and BizTech@Wharton. Chuck is an entrepreneur with a few company launches in the enterprise software and mobile technology industries, including PhindMe Mobile which he co-founded and later helped merge with Movitas to create a unique mobile technology offering for the hospitality and travel industries. Chuck is deeply involved with Philly-area entrepreneurship initiatives such as Startup Corps, Startup Weekend and Open Access Philly.

Vinod Kachroo is a Senior Information Technology Executive holding roles in Metlife, Prudential and AIG. In Vinod’s latest assignment at Metlife, he drove operational excellence with infrastructure consolidation and virtualization with savings of over $100MM a year. Vinod led end user computing, unified communication & collaboration, mobility and cloud computing technology innovations to help MetLife scale to support 100MM customers. The customers ranged from fortune 500 companies to those with 100K+ retail sales distribution, and a global workforce of approximately 100K. Vinod defined a strategy and executed on consolidating applications across various franchises (MetLife, GenAm, NEF, MLI, etc.) into a shared application portfolio to drive both bottom line and top line growth. While at Prudential Vinod drove many key business strategies across institutional e-business and retirement services.
Dean Guida - President and CEO - Infragistics
Leader with over 25 years experience in the technology industry, Dean oversees all aspects of Infragistics’ business operations and corporate direction. Most recently, Dean lead his team in the acquisition of SouthLabs, developers of SharePlus, the mobile SharePoint app.
Prior to co-founding Infragistics, which now employs 350 people worldwide and serves 500,00 customers, Dean was a freelance consultant writing software for IBM, GE and numerous Wall Street firms. Dean holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Miami.
