Panelist Bio:

Donna Conforti, MBA, ACC:
Donna Conforti recognizes that today’s executives have to lead with agility, acumen and grace to be most effective. They have to set the vision, stay focused yet nimble, and inspire associates from diverse cultures and generations.

Donna’s coaching practice is for leaders looking to build executive muscle in this environment. Typically, her clients want to strategically lead individual and organization change; build and sustain empowered, engaged teams; and enhance their executive impact through honing skills in communication, collaboration, and influence.

She draws from twenty years of high performance, front- line leadership at General Electric and Johnson & Johnson to support her clients in achieving their goals.  Donna has worked with leaders in diverse industries including public accounting, banking, financial services, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, education, and non-profit.

Donna earned her executive coaching certification from Georgetown University.  She holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Temple University, and a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications, summa cum laude, from the State University of NY/Albany.

Kristen Lamoreaux, President, Lamoreaux Search LLC

Kristen Lamoreaux, President of Lamoreaux Search LLC has over 14 years’ experience in information technology executive search. Her firm specializes in sourcing permanent IT talent from individual contributor through all leadership levels. Kristen’s focus on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates has led to a deep and expansive network that serves as the foundation of Lamoreaux Search. Prior to launching her firm, Kristen was a Senior Director with Jarvis Walker Executive Search and had held Talent Acquisition roles within Automatic Data Processing. She began her career in executive search with a boutique retained search firm, Dupont, White & Stone.

Kristen has been quoted in national publications and career focused blogs, and also writes for the “Hiring Manager” column in CIO Magazine. She is a frequently sought after speaker and has spoken at global conferences at the UN, national CIO and technology industry events, as well as women’s leadership focused events.

Kristen is also the Founder of SIM Women – a networking organization for female CIOs and their direct reports that is focused on promoting communication, mentorship, leadership and career development of women within information technology. SIM Women has over 400 members across the US and Canada.

Kristen is an active member of SIM Philadelphia Board - chairing the Members in Transition organization and supporting the golf and Teen Tech Camp initiatives. Kristen’s other philanthropic efforts support NPower PA’s mission to bring technology expertise and leadership to Pennsylvania’s non-profit community.  Kristen lives in Pennsylvania and has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Rutgers University.

Dennis Baden, Associate, Financial Services Heidrick & Struggles

Dennis Baden is an Senior Associate in Heidrick & Struggles' Financial Services practice as a member of the Financial Services Infrastructure Practice and CIO Practice working out of the New York office.

His work focuses on senior leadership positions at the intersection of financial services and technology/operations internationally.  Recent assignments have included searches for technology and operations leaders for investment banks, consumer banking and asset management clients across a broad array of functional responsibilities to include CIO/CTO/COO and  senior application and infrastructure leaders.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dennis was a Corporate Associate at the top global law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo P.C.   In that capacity, Dennis focused on venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions and securities law.

Prior to law school, Dennis worked as a recruiter at a boutique technology recruiting firm in New York City where he focused on senior level technology roles across multiple industries.

Dennis received a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Boston College Law School.
